Educational Communications CenterThe Educational Communications Center's mission is to provide technical support other than computer network systems to the schools of Long Island in the areas of repair (audio/visual equipment, TVs and NetTVs, off-warranty computers and printers), TV and audio production, video-conferencing support, and records management.
All school-owned AV, TV, NetTV, computer and printer equipment is covered by this State-aided service. AV and TV equipment is usually picked up at your site, repaired and returned in one of our delivery vans. Computers and printers is usually repaired on-site.
We provide technical support for the Nassau BOCES Video Conferencing program through this service. We provide on-site troubleshooting and monitoring before, during and after a conference.
Television and Audio Visual Production service, Production and Post Production is provided. On-site videotaping, computerized video editing, titling, credits, music. Everything needed for a completed video, slide or audio tape program is available.

When a large event stretches your presentation resources, we have just the items you need. Our Helpdesk will take your request and we will contact you regarding price and availability. Annual Fees & Rates Information Each services requires an annual "subscription" fee which is used as a debit account for labor. After an item is repaired or an activity is completed, your contract account is debited; only parts used for a repair are billed. See our Flyer/Price Sheet for more details.
