Food Management
Service
This is a cafeteria administration system with
integrated modules for tracking and reporting of point-of-sale
accountability, free and reduced price lunch application processing,
prepaid accounts, purchasing, inventory and production planning. By
using this food management system, the monthly claims for free and reduced
lunches are processed electronically allowing for a more efficient and
timely reimbursement. The Food Management Service uses
sophisticated point-of-sale terminals and various input devices, such as
PIN (Personal Identification Number) pads, bar code wands and bar code
slot readers to accelerate serving lines.
Preparation, installation, on-site training and ongoing telephone and
district support, from both coordinators and technical services personnel,
is included. Now with the new WebSMARTT web-based software solutions in
conjunction with WinSNAP, school managers and cashiers use a simple web
interface that provides real-time data exchange.
