SCHOOLWARE SCHOOLWARE is a system that encompasses student attendance (both homeroom and period-by-period), enrollment, grade reporting, scheduling, history, discipline, lockers, immunization and competency maintenance. This total pupil personnel system can be implemented on a LAN or WAN. It features a relational database and generates reports that meet State Education Department (SED) requirements. Data exports can be taken to populate other systems such as transportation and library databases, food services, test scoring, LEAP reporting and others. SCHOOLWARE, Jr.: For elementary school districts, a modified version of SCHOOLWARE is available. It provides a way to store student data, including demographics, attendance, assessments, health records, discipline information, locker assignments and more. It also allows schools to participate easily in data extraction. Subscribers can also take part in the NBC reporting service described below. Available with SCHOOLWARE/SCHOOLWARE, Jr.: Nassau BOCES Customized Reporting Service (NBC): Customized reports are
now available through the Nassau BOCES Customized Reporting Service (NBC).
Districts will be able to choose from preset customized reports or develop
their own with our help and guidance. This service will offer special
“queries” to make it even easier for districts to respond to SED requests. State and Federal Reporting Home Page Student Support Services Home Page
