Health and Safety Services

Health and Allied Services enables public school districts to provide health services to private and parochial school students under State Education Law 912.  The service maintains a full roster of health professionals including school nurses, speech improvement teachers, school psychologists, school social workers and school physicians.  

Health and Safety helps school districts develop health and safety risk management programs.  A professional staff works with districts to achieve and maintain compliance with ever-changing, and increasingly stringent, federal and state regulations.
