When
I click on the course, nothing happens.

I have my certificate for Violence
Prevention and Intervention and/or Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse.
What do I do now?
Attach a copy of the certificate to your application for certification and send
to your state or local certification office. A copy of the test you passed has
also been sent to the appropriate offices.
I can't view my certificate
for Violence Prevention and Intervention and/or Identification and Reporting
of Child Abuse.
Make sure you have the Macromedia Flash Player. Go to:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
to download the Macromedia Flash Player.
When I click on the registration
form in one of the courses, I get an error message.
Is your computer set up with email? If not, open Internet Explorer. Then, go
to Tools, Internet Options, and Programs. Click on the drop-down that says:
Email and choose an email application you have. Try submitting your registration
again.
I keep clicking and the next
page isn't appearing.
Be patient. Try to only click once on each button :-)
The videos, some of the flash activities and moving into and out of quizzes
could take a bit of time even on a fast connection. Try not to click too much
or you can freeze up!
My registration will not open and/or I have clicked DONE after finishing
a quiz and the course will not continue.
